Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 11:00 am PST will generally ship on the same day or following business day*. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will generally ship on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday or holiday. Those orders will ship out on the next business day (usually Monday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses and international addresses.
Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days.
The following methods of shipping are:
Free Economy Shipping on Orders $250+
Ground: Est. 5-7 Business Days - $9.95
Expedited: Est. 2-3 Business Days - $14.95
Express: Est. 1-2 Business Days - $30.95
Shipped items that are refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier will be returned to Fifteen Twenty and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. You will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
In stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed real-time therefore canceling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact customer service or call 310.763.0100 as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for credit.
Out of stock/back orders: If you need to cancel an item/order that is out of stock or on back order, please contact customer service or call 310.763.0100. Once your item/order has been cancelled, you will be notified via email via a cancellation confirmation. If for any reason your order is unable to be cancelled and has been shipped, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for credit.
Pricing, Payment & Refunds
All prices are displayed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. We also accept PayPal. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped. Any applicable credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your order based on your shipping address.
Coupons and other promotional codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined.
If Fifteen Twenty makes a permanent price reduction on a product featured on our web store, you may request reimbursement for the price difference within 7 days from the ship date. The color and size of the item(s) to be adjusted must still be in stock at the time of adjustment. Only items purchased at full price are valid for price adjustments. Please note that promotional sales prices are not permanent price changes and are not included in this guarantee. Contact Customer Assistance at 310.763.0100 to request credit for a price difference.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fifteen Twenty order and will accept a return of unwashed and unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any item marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and upon receipt of returned item(s), Fifteen Twenty reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return criteria. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise with the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Affix our pre-paid return label and drop off at any FedEx location. A $10.00 return handling fee will be charged when you ship your item(s) using the pre-paid FedEx label. Upon approval of return, please allow up to 15 days for your credit to be processed.
